Introduction

The certification course “Excelling in Clinical Pharmacy Skills” aims to provide pharmacists with advanced knowledge and skills in clinical pharmacy practice. This will cover the applied topics including patient assessment, patient centered pharmacotherapy, evidence-based therapeutic decision-making, and effective communication with the physicians & healthcare teams.

Teaching Methodologies

Interactive lectures will be conducted through an online link and, Q&A session at the end of lecture. The Study material and references will be shared in PDF format for exam preparation. There will be an assessment of knowledge by case study or quiz exam at the end of every module and final exam.

Attendance Policy

To be eligible for the final examination and certificate, participants must maintain an attendance rate of at least 80%. Those with attendance below this threshold will not qualify.

Credentialing

To get a certificate, every participant must achieve passing criteria of 80% marks in every module and final exam. Participants who will not fulfill attendance and any other eligibility criteria; will not qualify for certificate issuance.

Other terms and conditions

• Participants have laptop/desktop computer access to attend class activities.
• Participants must have a strong/ uninterrupted internet connection.
• All participants are encouraged to be attentive and engaged throughout each lecture.
