An engaging workshop on “Objectify Success: The Art of Crafting SMART Learning Objectives” tailored to educational settings at IUHS-IHHN was held on April 25, 2024. This session led by “Dr. Zubia Waqar” was designed to equip the faculty with essential skills of writing SMART Learning Objectives in educational planning and instructional delivery.

During this face-to-face workshop, participants delved into the significance of learning objectives and learned to develop SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy. Through interactive sessions and group activities, attendees diagnosed the quality of learning objectives followed by gaining practical insights into integrating them seamlessly into course design and lesson planning.
